Wheat Export Classifications Specifications

There are two classifications of milling wheat, ukp and uks. They provide a clear classification system to define quality wheat. Varieties are rigorously tested over a number of years to determine their suitability for ukp or uks. Chopin Alveograph testing is carried out in laboratories in the UK, Spain, Portugal and France. This testing regime helps to ensure the consistency and reliability of ukp and uks.

A physical specification such as moisture, Hagberg Falling Number and specific weight can be added to suit your requirements.
